We source our systems from design houses and Extruders around Europe with whom Salient has exclusive supply agreements and information-sharing arrangements developed over the past 3 years. Our systems are supported by rigorous quality assurance standards, based exclusively on leading European and American specifications known to be the most stringent in the world. These include QS 9000 and ISO 9002. Our systems are also independently tested in South Africa to AAAMSA approved wind loading and water resistance certification standards.

Salient Client Service & After Sale Support
To guarantee accurate specification conformity and system integrity our systems are manufactured at Salient in flat pack or kit form. Fabricators who purchase our systems need only assemble, glaze and install without the hassle and cost of manufacture including the expense of Salient precision tool lease arrangements and stock outlay costs.
After Sale Support - Properly assembled and installed, our sliders are guaranteed to provide a complete technical and aesthetic solution for your customer. Our senior managers are however always available to visit your warehouse or installation site to add value to your client efforts.
Delivery time outside Cape Town – Salient Aluminium has spent a great deal of time and money to ensure that it can fulfill its promise to courier your sliders to your warehouse at a nominal charge, wherever it is in South Africa, within 3 to 10 working days from date of receipt of your order. Applies to orders of up to 20 units. Larger orders may take the same amount of time to deliver, but delivery times will be agreed per prior arrangement with our general manager.
